Block & Company, Inc., Realtors recently negotiated a long-term net lease with Going, Going, Gone! by Dick’s Sporting Goods in Olathe, Kansas.

The Dick’s off-price new concept will occupy the about 48,000-square-foot former Best Buy at 11750 S. Strang Line Road on the northeast corner of I-35 & 119th Street in Olathe.

The site is surrounded by 1.5 million square feet of national retailers and restaurants including Home Depot, Super Target, Whole Foods, Bed Bath & Beyond, AMC Theaters and many others.

Going, Going, Gone! will offer deals on footwear and apparel from the brands customers have enjoyed shopping for at Dick’s Sporting Goods for years.

David M. Block, Alex Block and Max Kosoglad were responsible for negotiating the transaction on behalf of the landlord. Block & Company, Inc., Realtors is also the property management company and land developer for the property. Jeff Berg of Elevate Property Advisors represented the tenant.
