Block & Company, Inc., Realtors recently sold a more than 54,000-square-foot shopping center in Raytown, Mo.
Block & Company negotiated the sale of the Blue Ridge Plaza Shopping Center located in the southwest quadrant of Blue Ridge Boulevard and 51st St. in Raytown.
Monopoly Acquisitions LLC purchased the shopping center, which is anchored by Family Dollar, from Blue Ridge Plaza LLC.
