Petco recently leased the remaining 18,500-square-foot end cap space in Orchard Corners Shopping Center in Lenexa, Kansas. Block & Company, Inc., Realtors is the leasing and property management company for Orchard Corners.
Petco will join Sierra, a retailer of off-price merchandise operated by the TJX Companies, in the former 37,000-square-foot SteinMart space located on the southwest corner of 95th Street & Quivira Road in Lenexa.
David M. Block negotiated both the Petco and Sierra lease transactions on behalf of the property owners.
