An investment group headed by Block & Company, Inc., Realtors recently acquired the real estate of the Goodyear Auto Service store at 7620 Wornall Road in Kansas City, Missouri.
The net lease investment purchase is the second this year of many more acquisitions Block & Company has planned in 2021.
The 6,840-square-foot building sits on .7 acres and is near the intersection of 75th Street and Wornall Road surrounded by numerous households, retailers and restaurants.
Block & Company will be the property management company for the Goodyear Auto Service. David Block and Max Kosoglad of Block & Company, Inc., Realtors represented the buying entities in the transaction.
