A Dairy Queen Grill & Chill franchise recently purchased 33,685 square feet of land for $775,000 at 501 92 Highway in Kearney, Missouri. The company will build a ground-up restaurant on the site.
This is the franchisee’s second location, and will be located on the southeast corner of Interstate-35 and Highway-92 just north of Cosentino’s Price Chopper, west of QuikTrip and south of McDonald’s in Kearney, a suburb of Kansas City.
