Comfort Dental, one of the largest dental franchise in the United States, recently signed a 10-year lease for the former Blockbuster space at 620-624 E 40-Highway in Blue Springs, Missouri.
The building, located at the intersection of 7 and 40 highways in Blue Springs, is 3,000 square feet with ample space for the dental team.
MJP 40 Highway LLC owner and broker Marshal Blount along with partner Phil Peck, Vice President of Block & Company, Inc., Realtors, led the transaction. Mohammed Starks of Square State Realty represented Comfort Dental in its search for a new space.
