Block & Company, Inc., Realtors recently leased the former Party City building on the northwest quadrant of Interstate-35 and Highway 152 in Liberty, Missouri, to Mattress Firm, Carter’s Retail and OshKosh B’gosh.
Liberty is in the Kansas City market.
The 8,800-square-foot building was expanded by about 3,000 square feet, and was converted to an 11,800-square-foot building with Mattress Firm occupying 4,425 square feet, Carter’s Retail 4,381 square feet and OshKosh B’gosh 3,010 square feet.
The new tenants are located at 8450 – 8500 N. Church Road in the 600,000-square-foot Wilshire Plaza Shopping Center, a Block & Company, Inc., Realtors development center.
David Block & Phil Peck of Block & Company, Inc., Realtors negotiated these long-term lease transactions on behalf of the landlord. Block & Company, Inc., Realtors is also responsible for the property management and construction management for this building.
