An investment group represented by Block & Company, Inc., Realtors acquired the Two Ten Center shopping center in North Kansas City, Missouri, from Builders, Inc. for $2.8 million.
The 15,057-square-foot shopping center is located on the northeast corner of Interstate-29 and Armour Road, one block from the Cerner world headquarters at 2320-2384 Armour Road.
The center, which is 90 percent occupied, is home to national, regional and local tenants such as Quiznos, Care ATC, Donut King, Insure One and more.
