David Block, president of Kansas City’s Block & Company, Inc., Realtors, recently sold the Shoppes at Shoal Creek retail center in Kansas City, Mo.
An entity owned by Pine Tree Commercial Realty, in partnership with Wanxiang America Corporation, purchased the center.
The 130,00-square-foot retail center was developed in three phases. It is anchored by Best Buy and Office Max.
Block and Becky Goodman, both of BLock & Company, were the agents responsible for the leasing, development, construction management and sale transaction at Shoppes at Shoal Creek.
