Block & Company, Inc., Realtors has sold a 2.61-acre pad site in the Corbin Park Shopping Center in Overland Park, Kansas.
The site is located at the southeast corner of 135h Street and Metcalf Avenue.
The land sold for about $2 million, and will consist of a new 16,500-square-foot multi-tenant building. The building will include a restaurant and proposed mattress store, in addition to 6,000 square feet of space still for lease.
Block & Company Construction Management will begin work on the building next month.
