Block & Company, Inc., Realtors recently sold a 45,114-square-foot retail strip center in Decatur, Ill., for $4.65 million.
The Walmart Supercenter- and Sam’s Club-anchored center is located at 4202-4298 N. Prospect, on the southeast corner of Interstate-72 and Highway-51.
Other key tenants in the fully occupied center include Jo-Ann Fabrics, Radio Shack and Sally Beauty Supply.
