Block & Company, Inc., Realtors recently sold a Jo-Ann Fabric building at 11401 Metcalf Ave. in Overland Park, Kansas, to an undisclosed buyer.
The retail property sold for more than $8.8 million.
The freestanding 61,657-square-foot building sits on 5.07 acres of land in the center of one of Kansas City’s busiest retail corridors.
