An investment group managed by Block & Company, Inc., Realtors recently sold Rosebud Plaza Shopping Center in Olathe, Kansas, to an undisclosed out-of-town buyer.
The 106,324-square-foot shopping center sits on 8.22 acres of land on the northeast corner of 135th Street & Mur Len Road. Anchored by Hobby Lobby and Goodwill, the center is located at 16630-16640 W. 135th St. in the heart of Olathe.
David M. Block and Jay Friedman of Block & Company, Inc., Realtors negotiated the sale transaction on behalf of the seller, Sixteen Main Company LLC. Block & Company, Inc., Realtors was the long-time leasing and property management company for Rosebud Plaza Shopping Center.
