Kansas City, Mo.-based Block Funds recently acquired the Botts Road Distribution Center, a 499,144-square-foot industrial property in Grandview, Mo.
The distribution center is 100-percent leases and offers easy access to U.S. 71. The facility sits just north of the KC Southern Intermodal Yard and the new NNSA/Honeywell facility.
