Kansas City-based Block Funds and Block Healthcare Development on Jan. 31 acquired two medical office buildings in Indianapolis. Both office buildings are 100-percent occupied.
Rama Drive is located close to Community Hospital – East and is a top cancer diagnostics and treatment center in the eastern suburbs of Indianapolis. County Line Road is located adjacent to Community Hospital – South. It is a 108-bed acute-care hospital totaling 15,721 square feet.
