Block Real Estate Services, LLC is moving forward with a Class-A office re-development at 46 Penn Centre in Kansas City, Missouri.
Activity began in early June with Kansas City Fire Department crews training at the former Victory Court Apartments. Demolition crews stepped in on June 18 to begin tearing down the 37-unit apartment complex to clear the way for the new office building.
46 Penn Centre will be a high-rise office development in the middle of the Country Club Plaza development. The building will feature Class-A office space, restaurant and retail space, secure covered parking and balconies on each floor.
The office building is anticipated to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2017.
