Block Real Estate Services on Sept. 26 started construction on its newest industrial park, the Lenexa Logistics Centre.
Block is developing the park as a master-planned Class-A logistics park. It will include 1.6 million square feet inside 10 industrial buildings.
The first building will be a 260,000-square-foot speculative building that will include 32-foot clear heights and cross-dock loading. This building will be complete by June of 2014.
