Kansas City, Mo.-based Block Real Estate Services helped close a significant land transaction in Missouri.
Franklin Land Associates purchases 65,340 square feet of land in Kansas City. Jennifer Jang, with Block Real Estate Services, handled the transaction.
Block also helped close a large office transaction, this one in Kansas. General Electric Company recently leased 44,877 square feet of office space in Overland Park, Kan.
Estel Hipp, Brian Bock and Kenneth Block of Block Real Estate Services, working in cooperation with Sharon Gartin of Kessinger Hunter, handled the transaction.
