Aaron Mesmer and Matt Levi of Kansas City’s Block Real Estate Services recently closed the sale of Westport Middle School.
The School District of Kansas City sold the school, located at 300 E. 39th St. in Kansas City, to HP Development Partners. The sales price was not disclosed.
HP Development Parnters plans to renovate the 163,000-square-foot school into 110 multi-family units and up to 20,000 square feet of office space.
