Block Real Estate Services and Kansas City Public Schools recently sold the Swinney Elementary School building in Kansas City to Kansas City Sustainable Development Partners.
Kansas City Sustainable Development Partners is converting the former school into as many as 80 market-rate multi-family units. The former school will also house several thousand square feet of commercial space.
