Kansas City, Mo.-based Block Real Estate Services, LLC, recently hosted the fourth annual Thank-You Broker event on behalf of Colony Realty Partners.
The event recognized those brokers and firms whose contributions helped Colony achieve success in 2010.
The event was held at Benton’s Steakhouse at the Westin Crown Center on June 16. A raffle was held, one that included baseball and football tickets as prizes. In addition, top performers in 2010 were presented with generous cash gifts. Door prizes were given to all who attended.
Block Real Estate Services and Colony welcomed many guests from a variety of brokerage firms including:
Michael Michelson and Michael Lanning from CB Richard Ellis; Pat Murphy, from Everest Real Estate; Rollie Fors with Colliers; and Ryan Schneider, with Jones Lang LaSalle, all of whom are office and industrial brokers in the Kansas City area.
