Kansas City’s Block Real Estate Services is taking on a big job, selling former school buildings owned by the Kansas City Public Schools.
Block Real Estate Services has received offers and completed the marketing process on several of these properties, including the Askew, Bingham, Blenheim, Bryant and Swinney schools.
McCoy Elementary School remains available as there were no qualified offers received in the first round.
Block Real Estate Services is now working through a second round of properties now being offering by Kansas City Public Schools. These properties include Dunbar Elementary, Moore Elementary, Northeast Middle School, Thacher Elementary, Westport High School and Westport Middle School.
