The Davis Companies announced today that Blue Chip Marketing Worldwide has finalized a lease to expand its company headquarters at Edens Corporate Center in Northbrook. Blue Chip is expanding its office space by 43 percent this February, bringing its total occupancy to just less than 30,000 square feet. This is the fourth expansion for Blue Chip, which has been a valued tenant since 2005.
“As we continued to grow our business and bring in new employees, we also found ourselves outgrowing our office space. We explored several other options in the market but were attracted to staying at Edens Corporate Center because of the great location and the best-in-class improvements the owner, The Davis Companies, have made since acquiring the property last year,” said Lowell Cantor, managing partner at Blue Chip Marketing Worldwide. “The Davis Companies is not just a ‘landlord,’ they are a new breed of solutions provider that places its tenants first and makes us feel like a partner in the process. Edens Corporate Center features twin, class A 188,000-square-foot, four-story office buildings located at 630 and 650 Dundee Road; the property is owned by an affiliate of The Davis Companies and managed by NAI Hiffman. Situated on eight acres of landscaped grounds, the property offers lower-level indoor executive parking, a fitness room and institutional-quality interiors. The two buildings are designed with a connecting corridor allowing for flexible single-floor expansion opportunities. Situated less than a quarter mile from Interstate 94 and Dundee Road and just west of Skokie Boulevard, the project offers tenants an upscale setting in Chicago’s North Shore community, easy access to the expressway system, robust nearby amenities and proximity to executive housing.
