Blue Vista Capital Management, LLC, a leading private equity real estate investment management firm, has promoted four key professionals.
JD Goering is promoted to Senior Vice President. JD has been instrumental in building Blue Vista’s student housing acquisition platform over the past seven years – with a particular focus on development and joint venture projects.
Bryan Vrba is promoted to Senior Vice President. Since joining Blue Vista in 2012, Bryan has led successful efforts on several asset turnarounds, and created a framework to drive decision making within the organization. He has also taken the initiative to advance the Firm’s expertise in the self-storage space, including introductions to several potential JV partners.
Brian Minnehan is promoted to Vice President. Since joining Blue Vista in 2011, Brian has worked closely with JD to build the student housing acquisition platform. Brian has taken the lead on several acquisition and development opportunities for the student housing platform. Brian has been an integral part of growing the BV student JV development platform.
Scott Montgomery is promoted to Associate. Scott’s strong analytical capabilities have made a significant contribution to the analysis and underwriting of a number of recent deals. His insightful questions and general business acumen are great resources for the middle-market equity platform.
