Blue West Capital negotiated the sale of a single-tenant net-lease Planet Fitness at 5094 Alexander Drive S in Fargo, North Dakota.
The property sold for more than $6.148 million at a 6.68% cap rate.
Carly Gallagher Kelly, director at Blue West Capital, represented the seller in the transaction. The buyer, a national real estate investment trust, acquired the asset on an all-cash basis.
