Blue West Capital has completed the sale of a single-tenant absolute net lease Tide Cleaners at 5507 Renwick Drive in Houston for $3.1 million.
Tom Ethington and Josh Lorenzen of Blue West Capital represented the seller, a Houston-based investor and business operator. The buyer was a Houston-based family.
This Tide Cleaners property is located the Gulfton neighborhood, 7.5 miles southwest of downtown Houston and sits in a dense industrial corridor. The property features a long-term lease with scheduled rent increases to hedge against inflation.
This location has operated as a dry-cleaning facility for 21 years.
