Blue West Capital has completed the sale of an ALDI-anchored shopping center at 1591 E. Summer St. in Hartford, Wisconsin, for $4.95 million.
The shopping center sold for 95 percent of the listed price.
Carly Gallagher Kelly of Blue West Capital represented the seller in the transaction and found the buyer. The seller was Midwest Expansion LLC in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The buyer was a Dallas-based commercial real estate company.
Hartford Centre, a 34,577-square-foot shopping center, is leased to national, ecommerce-resistant and essential tenants including ALDI, Dunkin’ Donuts, H&R Block, Shopko Optical, Papa Murphy’s and others. The center is located 37 miles northwest of downtown Milwaukee.
