Two brokers with BND Commercial recently helped close the sale of an office building in Fort Wayne, Ind.
Brian Geeting represented the seller, GLIC Corp., while David Norton represented the buyer, Pointe Inverness Development, LLC. The companies purchased the 57,174-square-foot office building at 6920 Pointe Inverness Way in Fort Wayne.
