The Boerke Company helped sell a 225,000-square-foot Jeld-Wen industrial property in Oshkosh, Wis., to an investment company.
Six Rivers Investments LLC plans to redevelop the 27-acre site that sits on the banks of the Fox River into a mix of residential and retail use.
The Boerke Company’s Jim Babiasz and Patrick Dedering listed the property and represented the seller, Jeld-Wen, in the sale.
