Cushman & Wakefield|Boerke facilitated the sale of a former Madison, Wisconsin, Babies ‘R Us and a former Milwaukee Toys ‘R Us.
The Babies ‘R Us property traded for $3.25 million, while the Toys ‘R Us traded for $2.65 million.
Cushman & Wakefield|Boerke’s John Kuhn, Nathan Powrs and David Tighe represented the sellers.
