Cushman & Wakefield|Boerke has brokered the sale of a former Boston Store for $5.7 million. The 144,600-square-foot store is located in West Towne Mall in Madison, Wisconsin, and is situated on 9.45 acres.
West Towne Mall is a super-regional mall featuring more than 120 specialty stores.
The buyer, CBL Properties, plans to raze the existing structure and oversee the construction of a new Von Maur on the site.
John Kuhn and David Tighe of Cushman & Wakefield|Boerke represented the seller, S&B Detrick Limited Partnership, in the transaction.
