The Building Owners and Managers Association of Suburban Chicago (BOMA/Suburban Chicago) is honored to announce Atrium Corporate Center in Rolling Meadows won the International Level TOBY Award for the 250,000 – 499,999 Square Foot Category. Reaching this pinnacle first required them to win at both the local and regional levels of the competition. Atrium Corporate Center is managed by CBRE and owned by Spear Street Capital. Their management team is lead by Clarice Gunther, RPA, General Manager.
Atrium Corporate Center was one of 14 properties honored by the commercial real estate industry with The Outstanding Building of the Year® (TOBY®) Awards June 24 at the BOMA International annual conference, the 2014 Every Building Conference and Expo, in Orlando, Florida.
The winners were recognized for excellence in office building management and operations in specific categories of building size or type. Judging is based on community impact, tenant/employee relations programs, energy management systems, accessibility for disabled people, emergency evacuation procedures, building personnel training programs and overall quality indicators. A team of expert industry professionals also conducted comprehensive building inspections at the local level.
