Pamela Bordner-Riney recently joined Chicago-based Zifkin Real Estate Group as its new director of development/senior vice president.
Bordner-Riney’s career in commercial real estate and business development has taken her from Chicago to Taipei and throughout the United States.
Bordner-Riney’s career in commercial real estate began with the leasing and sale of shopping centers for Coldwell Banker in Oklahoma and Cushman & Wakefield of Florida.
While at the Resolution Trust Corporation, she worked with management companies and brokerage firms to manage, market and sell properties. Bordner-Riney was instrumental in liquidating more than $2 billion worth of commercial assets. During her tenure at General Growth Properties, she specialized in the leasing of properties owned by third parties. Bordner-Riney was responsible for leasing more than 3 million square feet of retail space.
