The Boulder Group completed the sale of a single-tenant net-leased Sketcher’s property at 6740 W. 119th St. in Overland Park, Kansas, for $1.475 million.
The 6,145-square-foot building is next to a Walmart Supercenter, Kohl’s and Sprint’s corporate headquarters. Other nearby retailers include Costco, Target, Best Buy, Whole Foods and Apple.
Randy Blankstein and Jimmy Goodman of The Boulder Group represented the seller in the transaction. The buyer was a real estate investment company on the West Coast.
