The Boulder Group closed the sale of a new-construction net-leased AT&T property at 3070 White Bear Ave. in Maplewood, Minnesota. The property sold for more than $3.2 million.
The 4,305-square-foot property sits along a primary north-south thoroughfare just off Interstate-694 and is immediately across from Maplewood Mall, a top shopping destination in St. Paul.
Jimmy Goodman and Randy Blankstein of The Boulder Group represented the seller in the transaction. The buyer was an individual investor, while the seller was a Midwest-based developer.
The tenant, New Cingular Wireless PCS, is a wholly owned subsidiary of AT&T Corporation.
