The Boulder Group has completed the sale of a single-tenant ATI Physical Therapy property at 3234 Superior Ave. in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, for $1.425 million.
The 3,000-square-foot property is located near several other national retailers, including Pick ‘n Save, BMO Harris, Marcus Cinema, Meijer, Kohl’s and Bed Bath & Beyond.
Randy Blankstein and Jimmy Goodman of The Boulder Group represented the seller in the transation, a Midwest-based developer. The buyer was a repeat real estate investor.
