The Boulder Group closed the sale of a single-tenant net-leased Dairy Queen restaurant at 7720 149th St. W in Apple Valley, Minnesota, for $3 million.
The 5,348-square-foot Dairy Queen Grill & Chill restaurant was renovated in 2015. The property sits in a dominant retail corridor off of 150th Street W, which experiences 36,000 vehicles a day, and Cedar Avenue, which experiences 34,500.
Randy Blankstein and Jimmy Goodman of The Boulder Group represented the seller. The buyer owns multiple Dairy Queen assets.
