BlitzLake Partners has awarded 33 Realty, a Chicago-based commercial real estate firm, the leasing and management assignment for Duet, its newest luxury apartment development located at 2448-2462 N. Lincoln Avenue. The 31-unit complex in Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood is slated for a late summer 2018 delivery.

“We are thrilled to partner with BlitzLake on a project of this caliber,” said 33 Realty principal Drew Millard. “Given our expertise in this particular segment of the market, Duet is a perfect fit for our growing portfolio. We can’t wait to get started.”

Duet will feature a mix of studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments plus 6,000 square feet of ground floor retail space. Each unit was specifically designed with the finest top-end finishes. The building amenities include ample storage and an on-demand, state-of-the-art workout room. BlitzLake’s Studio Three, a fitness destination that houses luxury cycle, interval and yoga studios all under one roof and is less than a block away.

33 Realty’s property management service focuses on the high-end luxury experiences that tenants expect yet keep ownership’s overhead costs low. The firm’s brokerage division, which operates as a separate company from their management arm, kicks off pre-leasing for Duet in May.

“We chose 33 for their experience in both leasing and property management,” said BlitzLake co-founder David Blitz. “They possess sophistication and experience to efficiently operate luxury developments of this size.”
