Boutique Properties, along with partner, Contemporary Concepts developed eight luxury condominiums and will begin selling them in advance of the property’s 2018 delivery.
The building was designed by Booth Hansen and constructed by LG Construction, the general contractor for the project.
The residences range from 2,100 to 3,200 square feet and cost between $1.3 and $2.3 million. Available units include single and two-level designs with three to four bedrooms and 2.5 to 3.5 baths.
