Jeff Janda, principal, Mike Plumb, senior vice president, and Jay Farnam, senior associate, of Lee & Associates of Illinois LLC represented building ownership, KTR Capital Partners, and Luke Heerema of CresaPartners represented the tenant in the transaction.
Separately, Jim Planey and Jeff Janda, both principals, of Lee & Associates of Illinois, represented both Prologis and Nippon Sharyo USA in their purchase of 22.15 acres located in Prologis Park Rochelle.
