Boyko Propertie purchased a 13,313-square-foot industrial building on 1.59 acres at N60W15200 Bobolink Ave. in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, from B&E Pattern Co.
The building will be partially owner-occupied by A.O. Handy, a masonry repair and restoration contractor that will be relocating from New Berlin.
