Brad Rostron joins Principle Construction as assistant project manager

Principle Construction Corp. has hired Bradley (Brad) S. Rostron as an assistant project manager. In his new role, Rostron will assist senior project managers in carrying out their duties as well as work with superintendents in the field. He will also assist in obtaining necessary permits, schedule inspections, comply with all building codes and see the project through to completion.

“Brad has a strong educational background with diverse work experience, and we’re looking forward to seeing how he can help our company grow,” said James A. Brucato, co-owner of Principle. “Brad’s strong work ethic and technical knowledge will be a great asset at Principle.”

Prior to joining Principle, Rostron worked as a project engineer at Tank Industry Consultants, where he completed technical designs for various municipal water tank components, including railing systems, vents and structural components. He performed on-site tank inspections across numerous municipalities in several states and drafted reports on the tanks’ current and future condition throughout his work process. He has also previously worked as an intern for Janseen and Spaans Engineering, Adams Engineering, Hamilton Duffy PC Consulting Engineers and Calais Custom Homes.

Rostron earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, where he was a member of the varsity soccer team. He attended the NCAA Tournament three times, advancing to the Sweet 16 in 2013. He was a member of the Triangle Fraternity. From 2011 to 2015, Rostron designed, built and sold custom longboards and skateboards through his brand BR Boards.
