CBRE recently promoted Brad Serot to vice chairman, the highest producer ranking at the firm. Part of CBRE’s occupier advisory and transactions business, Serot has been directly involved in more than $6 billion in transactions since joining the firm in 2001.
“This promotion is a testament to Brad’s hard work, incredible success and commitment to his clients,” said Jamie Georgas, senior managing director for CBRE’s Chicago office. “It has been a pleasure to watch Brad’s career develop at CBRE. He joined the firm as an associate nearly 18 years ago and has grown to become a true leader within the Chicago office and throughout the organization.”
Serot works with occupiers of all sizes to develop and deliver creative real estate strategies. He has been integral in building CBRE Chicago’s tech practice, which is now the preeminent leader in the market representing almost 50 percent of the top 100 tech firms in Chicago. His clients include some of the fastest growing technology companies in the world and the largest financial service companies in the U.S.
He is consistently one of CBRE Chicago’s Top 10 Producers, as well a four-time member of the Colbert Coldwell Circle, which recognizes the top 100 CBRE producers in the Americas.
