Bradford Allen acquired TownePlace Suites Nashville Midtown, a 193-key hotel in Nashville’s Midtown neighborhood.
Located at 1500 Charlotte Ave., close to Vanderbilt University, Fisk University, Bridgestone Arena and the Ryman Auditorium, the deal marks the eighth hotel acquisition for Bradford Allen’s expanding hospitality portfolio.
Ron Danko and James Maher of CBRE represented the seller, 3H Group.
Opened in April 2021, the 10-story hotel’s amenities include a fitness center, meeting space and rooftop lounge with grilling stations. Adjacent to the fifth-floor sky lobby are a convenience store and High Note, a full bar and 60-seat restaurant serving small bites with outdoor seating. The large studio guest suites offer full kitchens and oversized living, work and sleep areas.
The first floor also includes two retail spaces, one currently occupied by a Subway sandwich shop and the other recently leased to Takumi, a Japanese restaurant scheduled to open in first-quarter 2026. On-site parking is located on floors two through four.
TownePlace Suites Nashville Midtown is located just west of I-40 on Charlotte Avenue, the main roadway connecting downtown Nashville with the West End medical/education district.
Since launching its hospitality platform in 2022, Bradford Allen has acquired eight hotels totaling approximately 1,100 rooms. In addition to Nashville, the firm currently owns hospitality assets in Glendale, Ariz., in the Westgate Entertainment District; Rosemont, Ill., in Chicago’s O’Hare submarket; Iowa City, Iowa, near the University of Iowa campus; and Riverside, N.Y., on Long Island and close to the Hamptons. The firm plans to significantly grow its portfolio in 2026.
