Bradford Allen Realty Services has completed a new 22,256-square-foot lease at Hinsdale Medical Suites, 908 N. Elm Street, in Hinsdale, Illinois.
The property is a newly remodeled, Class A, 120,000 square foot medical office building that is a part of Hinsdale Medical Suites Plaza.
Bradford Allen was the exclusive leasing agent of the property and recently secured a new 22,256 square foot lease to AMITA Cardiology.
The new space is a consolidation of two formerly independent cardiology groups in Hinsdale into a cohesive single group employed by AMITA, which runs the nearby Hinsdale Hospital. The space was designed to maximize efficiency, ensure easy patient access and promote the location with prominent signage along Ogden Avenue.
Joel Berger and John Millner with Bradford Allen represented the landlord in the lease negotiations and AMITA was self-represented. The practice will take occupancy in spring of 2016.
