Bradford Allen names president of brokerage services in Chicago office

Bradford Allen, named Ben Azulay as president of brokerage services, responsible for building the firm’s tenant and landlord representation business for office, retail and industrial assets across the country. He is based in Bradford Allen’s Chicago headquarters. Jeffrey Bernstein and Laurence Elbaum continue as co-founders and principals of the firm.

A 21-year veteran of Bradford Allen, Azulay joined the firm in 2004 as an associate and was promoted to managing director, senior managing director and principal before becoming president. As a member of Bradford Allen’s leadership team, Azulay plays an integral role in the firm’s strategic direction and regularly contributes to company business development, research, recruiting and mentoring efforts.

Among other work, Azulay helped Grubhub expand its Chicago office footprint to over 160,000 square feet; completed more than 100 transactions across the country for MedSpeed, a client with which he has worked for more than 18 years; secured favorable leases for Northwestern Mutual; and assisted D4 Solutions with its relocation and expansion in the Chicago suburbs and outside of St. Louis.

He also has helped numerous nonprofits, including Team Rubicon, Children’s Research Triangle and Cure Violence Global.
