Bradford Allen negotiates 51k s.f. renewal for LexisNexis in suburbs

Bradford Allen Realty Services has completed a 51,650-square-foot office lease renewal to LexisNexis within Creekside Corporate Center at 480 Quadrangle Drive in Bolingbrook, Ill. on behalf of the property owner, Stone Creek Properties.

LexisNexis is a global provider of content-enabled workflow solutions designed specifically for professionals in the legal, risk management, corporate, government, law enforcement, accounting, and academic markets. The firm chose to remain at its existing location due to the property’s location, access to major highways and options for future expansion; having contiguous expansion and growth options were a critical part of the decision process for Lexis Nexis.

“We’re pleased to have assisted Stone Creek Properties in resigning its largest tenant at the Creekside Corporate Center property,” said Joel Berger, executive director of Bradford Allen and manager of the firm’s suburban office, in a release. “The flexibility, attentiveness and professionalism of this ownership entity are evident in the quality of tenants they attract and continue to retain.”

Joel Berger, executive director and Ryan Moen, associate of Bradford Allen represented building ownership in the lease negotiations. LexisNexis was represented by Jeff Samaras of Cushman & Wakefield.

Creekside Corporate Center is an office park featuring two, single-story, brick office properties all offering tenants easy access to I-355 and I-55. Tenants at the Center include LexisNexis, Covenant Security Worldwide and Sunny Ridge Family Center.
