First Merchants Corporation will soon be moving to its newest regional headquarters, the Skyline Tower in downtown Fort Wayne, Indiana.
The company, which operates more than 120 banking centers in Indiana, Illinois and Ohio, will occupy all 17,750 square feet of the building’s second-floor office space.
Skyline Tower is a $44 million mixed-use development. It is 12 stories and will feature 124 apartments. The tower is under construction and is expected to be completed later this year. Project developer Great Lakes Capital and property manager Bradley Company previously announced that Ruth’s Chris Steak House will be the building’s first-floor tenant.
