Steve Chen with Bradley Company recently closed a pair of transactions in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Chen represented the landlord, Millham Realty, and the tenant, 2G Enterprises, in the lease of 2,428 square feet of industrial space at 1947 Lakeview Drive.
Chen also represented both the landlord, Millham Realty, and the tenant, Billy Jack Walters Jr., in the lease renewal of 2,104 square feet of industrial space at 1939 Lakeview Drive.
