Fort Wayne, Indiana-based Bradley Company brokers Bill Drinkall and Brook Steed represented the owner of a 145,600-square-foot industrial building at 10785 Rose Ave. in the Cedar Oak Industrial Park in New Haven, Indiana, in a lease transaction.
Located at the corner of Interstate-469 and U.S. Highway 24, this is the only industrial park in New Haven.
The property is scheduled for occupancy in June 2021 and will be leased by Lunar Distribution, LLC. As a distributor of comic books for multiple publishers such as DC, Marvel and many more, the company expects to employ 160 people in the New Haven facility. Neighboring tenants include Continental Diamond Tool and Sauder Manufacturing.
This is the third building in the Cedar Oak Industrial Park. A fourth property within the park is under construction and is available for lease. Occupancy is scheduled for September 2021.
